Licensing
Understand the difference between a standard exclusive license and Auri Music’s full buy-out structure.
The artist gets strong usage rights, but the producer may still retain underlying ownership and certain long-term control depending on the agreement.
This is Auri Music’s premium structure — designed for artists who want the beat positioned as a full acquisition, with deeper control and clean ownership clarity.
Auri Music Contract Structure
A premium acquisition-style agreement designed for artists seeking a flagship release with elevated control, clean deal structure, and long-term exclusivity.
Upon full payment and written confirmation, Auri Music grants the purchaser an exclusive buy-out license to the selected beat. This structure is intended to position the beat as a premium one-client acquisition, removing it from future public sale, lease, or re-licensing through Auri Music.
Unlike a standard exclusive license, this buy-out structure is designed for artists who want deeper commercial control and a more complete acquisition framework. The beat is reserved for one purchaser only and is retired from future storefront availability after the transaction is completed.
Delivery is made after confirmed payment. Files are provided in the agreed professional format and transferred directly to the purchaser through the approved delivery channel stated in the transaction process.
The buy-out fee is a one-time, non-refundable payment tied to the exclusive removal and transfer structure of the beat. No rights become active until payment has been fully received and accepted by Auri Music.
Producer credit, metadata treatment, release presentation, and any public-facing attribution will be governed by the final executed agreement between Auri Music and the purchaser. Any such terms should be reviewed in writing before release.
This contract-style overview is a brand presentation of Auri Music’s exclusive buy-out model. Final legal rights, ownership scope, royalty treatment, publishing treatment, credit obligations, warranties, indemnities, and dispute terms must be defined in the executed purchase agreement for the specific transaction.
Every Auri Music buy-out is positioned as a premium, single-client, high-value release deal — built for artists who want rarity, exclusivity, and a cleaner acquisition framework than conventional beat licensing models.
