The Auri Music Exclusive Buy-Out structure is designed for purchasers who require full-scale commercial flexibility, long-term exclusivity, and premium deployment rights across recording, release, visual media, and brand-level exploitation.
- Purchaser may use the composition for unlimited studio recordings, commercial masters, official singles, albums, EPs, deluxe editions, and catalog releases.
- Purchaser may distribute, monetize, and exploit the work worldwide through streaming platforms, digital retailers, direct-to-consumer releases, and physical product formats without numerical caps.
- Purchaser may use the composition in music videos, cinematic visuals, branded campaigns, stage performances, tour content, artist promos, and other commercial visual rollouts.
- Purchaser may deploy the beat in film, television, trailers, sync opportunities, advertising placements, and media campaigns, subject to the final contract language executed between parties.
- Purchaser receives sole exploitation positioning after transfer, meaning the composition will no longer remain in active licensing circulation through Auri Music or future third-party resale by Auri Music.
- No stream limits, sales limits, broadcast caps, monetization ceilings, or release-count restrictions apply under this exclusive buy-out format unless specifically stated in the executed agreement.
- Auri Music retains no continuing royalty participation, split claims, or backend monetization interest under this stated buy-out model, as reflected in the final written agreement.
- All final file delivery materials, ownership assignment language, warranties, and commercial scope definitions will be formalized through the Auri Music Buy-Out Agreement delivered at closing.
For labels, management teams, and acquisition buyers, this structure is intended to provide clean exclusivity, strong commercial clarity, and premium asset control suitable for major release strategy.
